## Tamaris Development Program (TDP)
The TDP is designed for high-potential professionals ready to make a tangible impact in the energy sector. We are currently recruiting for the following specialized tracks:
1. Investment & Commercial
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, or Transaction Services.
* Expertise: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, and project feasibility evaluation.
* Preferred: Experience with M&A, divestment in the energy/infrastructure sector, or prior tenure at a Big 4 consulting firm.
2. Risk Management
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, or IT.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in data-centric risk roles (Data Risk, Quality Assurance, or Control).
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and Excel. Strong grasp of statistical modeling, machine learning (ARIMA, LSTM), and risk assessment frameworks.
* Preferred: Knowledge of Java, C++, or PHP and experience within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
## Engineering & Project Management Roles
We are expanding our technical teams to ensure peak operational efficiency across our power generation facilities.
3. PPC Officer (Project, Planning & Control)
* Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (minimum 3.30 GPA).
* Experience: 2+ years in project planning and control.
* Requirements: Expertise in WBS, project scheduling, and resource allocation. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera is highly desirable. Strong English communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
4. IT Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Systems.
* Requirements: 2+ years in IT infrastructure or system development. Proficiency in IoT devices, network security, database management, and API integration.
* Focus: Leveraging AI and automation tools to optimize business processes and operational efficiency.
## Operational Site Positions
We have several openings for professionals ready to work on-site at our various power plants.
Specialized Technician Positions
* Technician (PLTM Sungai Buaya & PLTM Silau): Requires a D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in power plants. Candidates residing in North Sumatra are prioritized.
* Solar PV Technician: 1–2 years of experience in solar PV maintenance. Must be skilled in inverter, battery, and DC/AC system troubleshooting.
* Solar PV Operator: SMK/D3 background. Ability to perform shift work, monitor system performance, and uphold strict site safety (K3) standards.
Administrative & Financial Support
* Admin GA (Batu Gajah, Langkat): S1 degree with 1+ year of HR/GA experience. This is a 3-month contract role covering maternity leave, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Admin Finance (PLTM Manajur): D3 degree with 1+ year of finance experience. Focuses on accounting records, financial reporting, and office administration.
