## Shape the Future: Management Trainee (MT) Program
The SPS Corporate Management Trainee program is a premium career acceleration pathway designed to cultivate the next generation of organizational leaders. We are looking for ambitious, high-potential graduates ready to undergo intensive professional training. Over a 3 to 5-year journey, participants will transition from trainees to key management positions, gaining comprehensive exposure to our operational workflows and leadership strategies.
Available Tracks and Specializations
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join the following divisions:
* MT Production/Maintenance/PPIC: Open to candidates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering backgrounds.
* MT HRD: Open to candidates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from Psychology or Law disciplines.
* MT Accounting: Open to candidates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from Accounting or Accounting Tax majors.
