## Available Positions and Professional Qualifications

* 1. Team Leader
* Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering; minimum 5 years of professional experience; holds an Intermediate Construction Management Expert Certificate (Ahli Madya Manajemen Konstruksi).
* Capacity: 1 person.
* 2. Water Supply and Sanitation Expert
* Requirements: Bachelor’s or Applied Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Environmental Engineering; minimum 3 years of experience; holds a Junior Water Supply Engineering or Junior Environmental Engineering Expert Certificate.
* Capacity: 1 person.
* 3. Road Engineering / Building Structure Expert
* Requirements: Bachelor’s or Applied Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Civil Engineering; minimum 3 years of experience; holds a Junior Road Engineering or Junior Building Structure Engineering Expert Certificate.

## General Prerequisites for Applicants
All candidates must fulfill the baseline administrative and ethical criteria before applying for any position:
* Indonesian Citizen (WNI) devoted to God Almighty, loyal to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
* Not currently bound by any other program, institution, or project (supported by a signed formal statement letter).
* Capable of performing under high pressure and delivering outputs according to the Follow-up Action Plan (RKTL) deadlines.
* Possess strong facilitation skills to engage government officials and local communities across village, sub-district, and regency levels during preparation, planning, execution, and post-execution phases.
* Physically and mentally healthy.
* Demonstrate excellent teamwork capabilities.
* Willing to be stationed directly at the project location in Lumut Nauli Village, Lumut District, Tapanuli Tengah Regency for the 2026 Fiscal Year and reside on-site.
## Core Duties and Responsibilities by Role
Team Leader
* Provide comprehensive progress reports to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) for prompt decision-making regarding site restoration, minor preliminary works, and engineering details.
* Coordinate all technical experts and supporting staff, inspect field operations, and issue written clarifications to construction service providers regarding contract expectations.
* Facilitate community engagement and socialization during the execution of the PKE program.
* Monitor contractor compliance with contract documents, specifications, approved construction methods, and working drawings.
* Evaluate work progress daily, review work measurements and quantities, recommend monthly payment approvals, and formulate corrective plans for any schedule delays.
Water Supply and Sanitation Expert
* Apply construction service regulations, safety standards (K3), environmental management, and quality controls.
* Supervise community socialization initiatives and manage the commissioning phases for pipeline networks and sanitation facilities.
* Inspect sanitation and water supply field operations, verify shop drawings, and review contractor work methods.
* Monitor daily progress schedules, evaluate milestones, and provide technical recommendations to the Team Leader regarding material approvals or rejections.
* Oversee the compilation of as-built drawings prior to the initial provisional handover.
Road Engineering and Building Structure Expert
* Implement construction service regulations, safety protocols (K3), and environmental quality controls.
* Supervise community engagement activities and manage the commissioning tests for structural construction works.
* Examine structural working drawings, calculate construction quantities, and inspect active project locations regularly.
* Review material samples, evaluate daily progress, and provide recommendations to the Team Leader regarding contractor payment applications and quality compliance.
* Supervise the creation of as-built drawings and maintain design archives and correspondence logs.
HSE / Construction Safety Expert
* Supervise the fulfillment of construction safety requirements to promote disciplined practices.
* Monitor the implementation of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) and update safety documents.
* Collaborate with the contractor's HSE Engineer to map potential workplace hazards, evaluate impact probabilities, and formulate preventive safety programs.
* Oversee environmental management implementation to minimize project construction footprints.
* Investigate potential workplace accidents, analyze root causes, and establish corrective and preventive measures.
Inspectors and Supervisors (Structure & Pipeline)
* Verify work readiness, inventory equipment, and conduct periodic site inspections.
* Inspect mockups and material samples submitted by contractors for structural, water supply, and pipeline projects.
* Analyze work progress (opname), assist in final supervision data compilation, and document daily findings.
* Identify safety hazards, enforce safety rules, and report field discrepancies immediately to the Team Leader.
Secretary
* Manage, organize, and archive correspondence, reports, and team study documents.
* Prepare administrative data and supporting materials required by technical experts and the Team Leader.
* Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, arrange venues, and manage internal document distribution and communications.
Administrator
* Record, file, and manage project documents including contracts, shop drawings, meeting minutes, and handover records (BAST).
* Streamline incoming and outgoing data flows to ensure accessibility.
* Assist in tracking daily, weekly, and monthly team progress milestones for review by the Team Leader.
Drafter
* Review working drawings, including dimensions, material specifications, and installation methodologies.
* Produce final as-built documents reflecting actual field conditions upon project completion.
* Update blueprints based on team coordination, field adjustments, or architectural corrections while adhering to technical and safety standards.
## Terms and Conditions
