1. Commissioning Electrical Engineer
* Coordinate and oversee the sequence of installation and commissioning activities.
* Supervise the commissioning process while maintaining accurate records.
* Proactively resolve technical issues during the installation and commissioning phases.
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
* Possession of K3 certification and relevant EPC Power, Oil, and Gas project skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; fluent in English.
2. Commissioning Engineer (Major Chemical)
* Diagnose and rectify deficiencies within existing systems.
* Draft, compile, and manage all site test dossiers and commissioning documentation.
* Monitor project progress, record test results, and supervise final equipment acceptance testing.
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering.
* Over 3 years of relevant experience in chemical plant or large-scale projects.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office with a deep understanding of PnID and isometric drawings.
* Fluent in English.
3. Field Operator
* Manage facility operations and maintenance within the Control Room and field environments.
* Execute process control and system troubleshooting.
* Operate wellsite proppant storage systems.
* Perform hands-on equipment operation and routine maintenance.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience.
* Must provide verified work experience certificates and be fluent in English.
4. Electrical Operator
* Perform commissioning and ongoing maintenance of electrical systems.
* Troubleshoot electrical equipment malfunctions.
* Operate and manage SWRG, MCC, and related electrical infrastructure.
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
* Valid K3 certification and technical expertise in EPC Power or Oil and Gas sectors.
* Fluent in English with computer proficiency.
5. Paramedic
* Provide on-site medical services, conduct DCU, and consult with the site physician.
* Serve as an emergency responder for on-site incidents.
* Support the implementation of workplace health management programs and identify occupational hazards.
* Draft daily medical reports and manage periodic health programs.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Must hold active certifications: AK3 Umum/Migas, HIPERKES, BTCLS, and a valid STR.
* Fluent in English; preference given to candidates residing in Balikpapan.
6. Office Clerk / Helper
* Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the JO office and site facilities.
* Perform minor repairs and mechanical maintenance on bicycles.
* Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK).
* At least 1 year of experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
* Strong communication skills, disciplined, and bicycle mechanical knowledge is highly preferred.
