## Career Opportunity: Electrical Technician
PT Pertamina Training & Consulting is currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Technician to join our team in Balikpapan. This role is essential for ensuring the operational integrity of our refinery electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical excellence of our electrical infrastructure, including:
* System Maintenance: Executing commissioning, startup, inspection, and comprehensive maintenance of electrical systems within refinery environments.
* Diagnostic Operations: Performing rapid and precise troubleshooting on motors, panels, MCC units, switchgear, transformers, lighting, and grounding systems.
* Technical Compliance: Adhering strictly to SOPs, Permit to Work systems, JSA/JHA protocols, and HSSE regulations.
* Data Management: Documenting all findings, maintenance tasks, and equipment status updates accurately.
* Analytical Tasks: Interpreting Single Line Diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and complex electrical drawings to facilitate repairs.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess both the technical expertise and the dedication to safety that define our company culture:
1. Nationality: Indonesian Citizen.
2. Education: Minimum SMA or SMK level.
3. Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical equipment maintenance.
4. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in coupling/uncoupling motors, using specialized electrical measurement tools, and mastering basic electrical hardware.
5. Competency: Proven ability to read and explain Single Line Diagrams and electrical schematics.
6. Logistics: Must be domiciled in Balikpapan or the surrounding areas.
7. Employment Status: Willingness to be engaged as a Managed Service/Outsourced Personnel (TAD).
