To support this growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our finance team.
## Core Responsibilities
As an integral member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the fiscal health and integrity of our company. Your primary duties will include:
* Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis.
* Bookkeeping Excellence: Recording all company transactions with precision, maintaining general ledgers, and managing internal cash journals.
* Tax Compliance: Handling the calculation, recording, and timely reporting of corporate taxes, including PPN and PPh, while ensuring full adherence to current tax regulations.
* Analytical Insights: Analyzing financial reports to provide actionable data and insights to management for better decision-making.
* Audit Support: Preparing necessary documentation for audits and proactively addressing findings to ensure continuous operational improvement.
* Budgeting and Control: Assisting in the formulation of company budgets and conducting variance analysis between projected figures and actual realization.
* Document Management: Maintaining an organized and accessible archive of all financial records, invoices, and payment receipts.
* Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborating closely with the purchasing, HR, and finance departments to streamline transaction workflows.
* Reconciliation: Executing regular bank reconciliations and verifying the authenticity of all financial source documents.
## Candidate Requirements
