1. Purchasing Specialist
This role is essential for maintaining the seamless flow of our supply chain.
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Proven expertise in export/import operations and end-to-end procurement processes.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with shipping lines, forwarders, and EMKL; advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis.
* Language: Fluent in professional English, both written and verbal.
2. HR Personnel Staff
We are looking for an analytical professional to manage our extensive workforce data.
* Education: Minimum S1 in Informatics (IT).
* Experience: At least 2 years in HR or Payroll within large-scale companies (1,000+ employees).
* Core Skills: Deep understanding of remuneration systems, benefits, and HRIS software. Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IF functions).
* Responsibilities: Managing monthly attendance reporting, processing personnel changes (promotions, demotions, mutations), and overseeing shift scheduling and overtime records.
3. Automation Technician
Help us maintain our technological edge by ensuring our production lines operate at peak efficiency.
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
* Technical Expertise: Mastery of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial networks. Ability to interpret electrical drawings and perform panel wiring.
* Additional Skills: Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

* Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred; maximum age of 35 years.
* Core Skills: Expert-level MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IF functions) and a solid understanding of efficient warehouse planning and layout.
