## Join Our Engineering Team: Junior Operator Position

Role Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Junior Operator (JO), you will play a vital role in the daily maintenance and monitoring of our CCGT station systems. Operating under the supervision of the Shift Leader and Unit Controller, your core responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power plant equipment.
* Strict adherence to operational guidelines and safety protocols.
* Collaborating with senior staff to maintain optimal station performance.
* Working within a rotating shift schedule to ensure continuous power generation.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To qualify for this position, candidates must demonstrate technical proficiency and a strong analytical mindset. We prioritize applicants who possess the following:
* Educational Background: A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a power plant or industrial setting.
* Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret logic diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and basic electrical or mechanical schematics.
* Operational Knowledge: A foundational understanding of CCP operations, water chemistry, and industry-standard power generation terminology.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
