## 1. Production Admin
The Production Admin plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of our manufacturing data and ensuring that daily operations flow seamlessly between departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately inputting production reports into the company’s internal system.
* Conducting regular stock opname procedures to ensure inventory precision.
* Facilitating clear communication and coordination with supervisors and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
* Male or female candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Minimum of one year of prior experience in an administrative role.
* Strong attention to detail, a diligent work ethic, and a firm, professional demeanor.
* Preference will be given to candidates who possess a working knowledge of SAP systems.
## 2. Maintenance Technician
Our Maintenance Technicians are the backbone of our operational efficiency, tasked with ensuring that our production machinery, utility systems, and facility infrastructure are always in top-tier condition.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing hands-on support to the Engineering Foreman during daily maintenance tasks.
* Performing precision welding (GTAW and/or SMAW) as required.
* Executing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, utility systems, and the building structure.
Qualifications
* Educational background: Vocational High School (SMK) with at least 3 years of experience or an Associate’s Degree (D3) with at least 1 year of experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Proficiency in GTAW and SMAW welding techniques.
* Solid understanding of electrical circuits and schematics.
* Competency in operating and repairing various machine tools.
