4. Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of fundamental quality principles and functional quality control procedures.
5. Residential Status: Must be willing to reside in the Cikarang area to ensure reliable proximity to the facility.
6. Operational Readiness: Prepared to work within the standard company shift system, including off-day rotation schedules.
