## Career Opportunity: Site Officer (Shift)
PT Elnusa Petrofin is currently expanding its operational team and is seeking a dedicated Site Officer to ensure the integrity of its fuel supply chain.
Core Responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end receipt, storage, and distribution of fuel at customer locations.
* Manage stock levels to ensure operational continuity while maintaining safety thresholds.
* Execute daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations and detailed reporting.
* Monitor storage tank integrity, including precise volume measurements and rigorous quality control.
* Investigate and report inventory discrepancies (gains or losses) promptly.
* Supervise supplier receipt processes and facilitate seamless communication between transporters and end-users.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year in field operations is preferred; however, high-potential fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) and field operations.
* Soft Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency: Advanced skills in data management using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work on a roster basis and relocate to remote operational areas.
