## Available FGDP Streams
We are currently recruiting for the following specialized development tracks:
* FGDP – Engineering: Focused on technical mining operations and infrastructure design.
* FGDP – Production: Centered on maximizing output efficiency and overseeing extraction processes.
* FGDP – Plant: Dedicated to the maintenance, management, and optimization of heavy machinery.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for the Fresh Graduate Development Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Engineering & Production Streams: Vocational High School (SMK) in Mining, or Bachelor’s degrees (S1) in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geology.
* Plant Stream: Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, or Bachelor’s degrees (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
* General Requirements:
* Must be physically and mentally fit.
* Possess strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership potential.
* Must have completed the third dose (booster) of the Covid-19 vaccination.
* Preference is given to candidates residing in East Kalimantan.
* Must be able to attend the in-person recruitment selection process in Samarinda.
## Job Placement and Application Process
Successful candidates will be stationed at the Kaubun Site, East Kutai.
