1. Supply Chain Management (SCM) Administrator
Location: Head Office, South Jakarta
* Key Responsibilities: Managing transporter documentation and billing, inputting data into SAP and Excel, coordinating with Finance teams, supporting vendor management (contracts, claims, and comparisons), and overseeing import-related documentation.
* Qualifications: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree; 1+ year of administrative experience; high attention to detail; proficiency in MS Excel; SAP experience is a significant advantage. This position is under an outsourcing contract.
2. Mill Operator
Location: Factory, Medan
* Key Responsibilities: Supervising the flour production process to ensure SOP compliance, operating milling machinery, monitoring raw material efficiency, maintaining quality control, and ensuring adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Food Technology preferred); 2+ years of experience in FMCG or flour milling; familiar with SCADA systems; capable of working in shift patterns under pressure.
3. Warehouse Checker
Location: Factory, Cilegon, Banten
* Key Responsibilities: Conducting shift briefings, overseeing production handover documentation, managing FIFO product inventory, coordinating loading processes with the warehouse team, managing fumigation orders, and ensuring overall warehouse cleanliness.
* Qualifications: Minimum High School (SMA) graduate or equivalent; 1+ year of relevant experience is a plus; competent in basic computer and Microsoft Office applications.
