## Available Positions and Key Qualifications
We are currently hiring for several strategic roles located in Cibitung (Bekasi), Solo, and various regional sites. Please review the detailed requirements for your area of expertise below:
Production and Engineering Roles
* Production Supervisor (Kitchen Set): Requires a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Interior Design with 2+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing. You must demonstrate strong leadership, knowledge of CNC machinery, and proficiency in interpreting technical design drawings.
* Production Supervisor (Assembly): Ideal for candidates with a degree in Engineering and 2+ years in assembly line management. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma is highly valued.
* Leader Production (Coating): We are looking for candidates with a background in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering who possess 2–3 years of experience in powder coating, wet painting, or anodizing processes.
* Staff Research & Development (Kitchen): Requires a technical degree and experience in aluminium or furniture R&D. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or SketchUp is essential for designing high-end kitchen solutions.
* Engineer R&D Staff: Seeking individuals with 3+ years of R&D experience in metal or aluminium manufacturing. You will lead small-to-mid-scale projects and must be adept at 2D/3D technical drafting.
* Product Development Supervisor: Requires a degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in product engineering. A strong grasp of fabrication methods and technical analysis software is required.
Project and Administrative Support
* Estimator (Solo, Central Java): Must hold a Civil Engineering degree with 2+ years of experience in construction. You will be responsible for accurate project costing, scheduling, and reading technical project documentation.
* Admin PPIC: Open to all degree holders with 2+ years of administrative experience. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of managing material requirement planning.
* PPIC Staff: Requires a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. Focus is placed on furniture manufacturing workflows (CNC, edge banding, finishing) and advanced Excel data analysis.
Sales and Business Development
* Sales Project (High-Rise Building): Open to all educational backgrounds, including fresh graduates. We seek proactive individuals with strong negotiation skills to handle B2B projects and long-term client relations across various regions (Bali/Solo/Bandung/Makassar).
* Sales Partisi (Bali): Specifically targeting candidates with knowledge of building materials, construction, and aluminium systems. You should have a strong database of contractors, interior designers, or developers and be comfortable with field-based project coordination.
