The Recruitment Staff plays a pivotal role in driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to fulfill operational workforce demands across various regional areas through specialized schemes.
Core Responsibilities
* Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to fulfill operational labor requirements efficiently.
* Execute high-volume hiring (mass hiring) and workforce fulfillment campaigns across multiple operational regions.
* Conduct sourcing, candidate screening, administrative selection, interviews, and coordinate subsequent evaluation stages.
* Coordinate closely with the Manpower Office regarding regulatory compliance, labor administration, and official reporting.
