Core Requirements
To be considered for the Management Trainee position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Food Technology.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Language Proficiency: Possession of a TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 450 is required; fluency in English is considered a significant advantage.
