2. Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of two years of professional experience.
3. Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
4. Age Criteria: Generally between 22 and 27 years old.
5. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at our mining project sites.
Technical Proficiency Requirements
The role requires a strong aptitude for data management and operational monitoring. Successful candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, specifically:
* Data Analysis: Ability to conduct fuel consumption monitoring and inventory tracking.
* Advanced Excel Functions: Mastery of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, and COUNTIFS.
* Reporting: Capability to create and maintain functional data dashboards to assist management decision-making.
