1. Management Trainee (MT) – Solo, Central Java
This role is designed for individuals with a strong background or interest in hospitality and retail operations. To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3 degree in Hotel/Tourism or an S1 degree in any major.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in the Food & Beverage industry; however, highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Personal Status: Must be single.
* Location: Must currently reside in or be willing to work in Solo, Central Java.
* Key Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent teamwork skills, and a primary focus on customer service excellence.
* Flexibility: Must be fully available to work shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
