## 1. Accounting Staff
The Accounting Staff plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. We are looking for a meticulous professional to manage our financial records and reporting.
* Oversee and maintain accurate financial records and accounting journals.
* Manage operational financial reporting and ensure compliance with internal standards.
* Utilize accounting software to streamline financial data entry and analysis.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient financial workflows.
* Proven experience in accounting or financial roles.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal ID, SAP, or Zahrir).
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

## 2. Talent Acquisition Staff

* Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, from role planning to final offer negotiation.
* Source candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn, job fairs, and professional networks.
* Partner with department heads to understand business needs and identify core competency requirements.
* Manage the full onboarding process in collaboration with the Human Capital team.
* Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

## 3. HSE Staff (Health, Safety, and Environment)

* Implement and develop foundational safety management systems within the factory.
* Monitor environmental compliance and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) reporting.
* Draft detailed HSE and environmental reports for both internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
* Enforce company safety policies and procedures in strict accordance with legal requirements.
* Lead and execute 5R (5S) workplace organization programs.
* Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of practical experience in implementing the K3 Management System (SMK3).
* Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Must hold valid AK3U (General K3 Expert) certification and possess working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
