1. BIM Coordinator/Engineer
This role is designed for professionals passionate about the intersection of construction and technology. You will be responsible for integrating BIM workflows and managing project data with precision.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing information based on ISO 19650, monitoring production model progress, and generating detailed shop drawings.
* Technical Requirements: Expertise in BIM authoring tools (Autodesk), CDE platforms (BIM 360/ACC), Navisworks, Cubicost, and rendering software like Lumion/Enscape.
* Qualifications: D3/D4/S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in BIM, preferably in vertical building construction. BIM certification (SKK BIM) is highly preferred.
2. Quantity Surveyor
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will ensure the fiscal health and efficiency of our construction projects by implementing rigorous cost-control methodologies.
* Key Responsibilities: Executing quantity take-offs, preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (RAB), and managing construction data using BIM-based methods.
* Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and Cubicost. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is considered an advantage.
* Qualifications: D3/D4/S1 degree in Civil Engineering with at least 1 year of professional experience in quantity surveying for building projects.
3. Scheduler
The Scheduler plays a vital role in project governance, ensuring that resources and timelines are optimized to meet project milestones.
* Key Responsibilities: Implementing project management frameworks, planning resource allocation, and maintaining schedule control throughout the project lifecycle.
* Technical Requirements: High proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
* Qualifications: D3/D4/S1 degree in Civil Engineering. Candidates must possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in building construction projects.
4. Mechanical Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for our high-rise developments.
* Key Responsibilities: Analyzing MEP system requirements, preparing cost analyses, and coordinating with various stakeholders, including vendors and sub-contractors.
* Technical Requirements: Strong command of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, combined with in-depth knowledge of building-wide MEP systems.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-rise building projects (offices or hospitals) is required.
