## Job Vacancy: WWTP & WTP Operator
The Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Operator plays a vital role in ensuring that our manufacturing facilities operate sustainably and in full compliance with environmental standards. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about industrial utility management and technical maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Monitor and operate WTP and WWTP installations to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
* Routine Inspections: Conduct regular checks on pumps, tanks, machinery, and all supporting utility systems.
* Compliance & Quality Control: Verify that all treated water consistently meets internal corporate standards and mandatory environmental regulations.
* Data Reporting: Maintain precise documentation of operational parameters and submit detailed daily reports.
* Chemical Management: Handle and apply chemical dosing strictly according to established operational protocols.
* Maintenance Support: Maintain workspace hygiene and perform light, proactive maintenance on equipment, coordinating with the Maintenance team for complex technical issues.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) diploma or Associate Degree (D3) in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience as a WTP/WWTP Operator in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates with strong foundational knowledge of water treatment processes are encouraged to apply.
3. Technical Proficiency: A comprehensive understanding of water treatment workflows, including the operation of filters, dosing pumps, and essential machinery.
4. Chemical Knowledge: Familiarity with treatment chemicals and the application of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
