Available Internship Positions
1. Public Relations
Responsibilities: Assisting in the monthly production of Enermia* Magazine, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and providing logistical support for corporate events.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science.
2. Sociology
* Responsibilities: Supporting the Sustainability, Social, and Environmental unit; drafting economic development plans for surrounding communities; conducting social mapping and monitoring/evaluation; analyzing Social Return on Investment (SROI); and measuring community satisfaction indices.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
3. Budgeting and Accounting
* Responsibilities: Managing internal financial data and assisting with tax administration duties.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D1) to Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
4. Forest Management and Watershed Rehabilitation
* Responsibilities: Conducting laboratory and field analysis regarding reclaimed land moisture, land cover changes, land subsidence, and soil permeability.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Soil Science or Agriculture.
5. Heavy Equipment Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering
* Mechanic: Managing planned and unplanned maintenance (preventive, predictive, and corrective), troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, and performing overhauls to increase equipment reliability.
* Welder/Machine Operator: Performing precision welding and operating machine tools such as lathes, drills, milling machines, and line boring equipment.
* Maintenance Planner: Scheduling maintenance, managing spare parts logistics, analyzing equipment modifications, and maintaining historical documentation to ensure operational excellence.
* Qualifications: SMA/SMK through Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or Welding Technology.
6. Mining Operations (PIT Banko Tengah A)
* Responsibilities: Observing coal extraction activities, studying applied mining methods, and calculating heavy equipment productivity metrics.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
