Key Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Management, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience within an HR or General Affairs environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Core Competencies: Strong administrative capabilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with absolute confidentiality.
