1. Indonesian-Mandarin Bilingual Management Trainee
* Requirements: Native Indonesian proficiency and HSK Level 4 (or higher) in Chinese. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience.
* Location: Bandung, Jepara, or Grobogan.
2. External Affairs Trainee
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (International Business preferred). Fluent in English with a strong command of Chinese. Experience as a student union leader or having studied in China is highly desirable.
3. Production Trainee
* Requirements: College degree or higher. Must be proficient in Chinese and native in Indonesian. Candidates must be willing to undergo one year of intensive on-site grassroots production training.
4. Infrastructure Project Assistant
* Professional Skills: Expertise in construction cost management, quantity surveying, or project management. Strong proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
